Simple Pleats for a Clean, Neat Look
Ribbed Pleat Shades have pleats that create a neat, textured look. This design gives your window a clean, soft appearance while still looking sharp.
These shades are great for living rooms, giving them a clean and modern look. In bedrooms, they help block out light and give you privacy. They also work well in dining rooms, making the space feel neat. Pair with blinds or curtains to complete the window treatment.

How to Measure for Ribbed Pleat Shade
How to Measure for Inside Mount
Inside mounted shades are installed inside the window frame, giving a clean and seamless look. Here’s how to measure for an inside mount:
- Measure the depth of your window frame from the front of the opening to the glass to ensure it meets the minimum depth requirement.
- Measure the width of the window at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the narrowest measurement as your window’s width.
- Measure the height of the window at the left, center, and right. Use the tallest measurement as your window’s height.
Order at the exact opening size — no deductions are needed; the factory will take care of adjustments.
Tip: Double-check that your measurements follow the width by height format (W x H).
How to Measure for Outside Mount
Outside mounted shades are installed above the window frame, allowing the shades to cover a larger area. Here’s how to measure for an outside mount:
- Check the mounting requirements for your London shades to ensure enough flat surface for hardware.
- Measure the width from the far edges of your window trim (or add 2–3 inches on each side for better coverage if there's no trim).
- Measure the height starting from the desired top of the window to the bottom where you want the shades to hang. If you want more coverage, add a few extra inches above the window.
Order at the exact size — your shade will be made to the specified dimensions.
Tip: Double-check that your measurements follow the width by height format (W x H).
