Your satisfaction is our priority! If you receive a fabric that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team at 516-465-6400 so we can assist you with a return. We may ask for photos to help document the issue.

Since all our fabrics are custom cut to your specifications, we’re unable to accept returns for orders of 10 yards or less, as these are final sale.

To qualify for a refund, fabric must be returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Custom-made products (designed specifically for you) cannot be returned — these are final sale.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
